Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We review refund requests according to the credit status and the reason for the request.

1. Gifted credits are not refundable. Promotional, complimentary, bonus, or otherwise gifted credits cannot be refunded. The minimum refund unit is 10 credits.
2. Consumed credits are not refundable unless the conversion failed. Credits that have already been used are not eligible for a refund unless the PDF conversion failed. We do not accept refund requests based on dissatisfaction with the conversion result or output quality.
3. Refund requests must be sent by email. To request a refund, email support@pdftomarkdown.cc with your account email, order information, and the reason for the request.
